Editorial Policy

Bunyād is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, scholarly rigor, and publication ethics. All manuscripts submitted to the journal are treated as confidential documents throughout the review and publication process.

Upon submission, manuscripts undergo the following editorial and peer-review procedure:

1. Initial Editorial Screening
   All submissions are first reviewed by the Editorial Board to determine their relevance to the journal’s aims and scope, originality, scholarly quality, and compliance with submission guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be declined at this stage. Authors are informed of the editorial decision in a timely manner.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review
   Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial screening are sent for double-blind peer review, whereby the identities of both authors and reviewers remain concealed. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent experts in the relevant field.

3. Reviewers’ Reports and Revisions
   The reviewers’ comments and recommendations are communicated to the author(s). Where revisions are required, authors are expected to address the reviewers’ observations and resubmit a revised version of the manuscript within the stipulated timeframe.

4. Final Evaluation and Editorial Decision
   The revised manuscript is assessed in light of the reviewers’ recommendations. The Editorial Board reserves the right to request additional revisions or seek further expert opinion where necessary. The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection rests with the Editorial Board.

5. Copyediting and Publication
   Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting, proofreading, formatting, and final quality checks before publication. Authors may be consulted during this stage to ensure the accuracy of the published version.

Bunyād follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and academic excellence in all published content.

بنیاد کے لیے جمع کروائے گئے مواد کو رائے دہی کے دوران صیغۂ راز میں رکھنے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کی جاتی ہے۔  تمام مقالات موصول ہونے کے بعد درج ذیل عمل سے گزارے جاتے ہیں:

·      تحقیقی مقالہ موصول ہوتے ہی ابتدائی رائے کے لیے بنیاد کے ادارتی بورڈ کو پیش کیا جاتا ہے ۔ مثبت ابتدائی رائے ملنے پر اگلا مرحلہ شروع ہوتا ہے۔

·      بنیاد کے ادارتی بورڈ کی مثبت رائے کے بعد مقالہ ایک ملکی ماہر کو  بھیجا جاتا ہے۔ مصنف اور ماہرین کی شناخت راز میں رکھی جاتی ہے۔ ملکی ماہر  اگر  کوئی کمی بیشی تجویز کرے تو مقالہ نگار سے اِن ہدایات کی روشنی میں نظر ثانی کی درخواست کی جاتی ہے۔

·      اِس کے بعد مسودہ تفصیلی جائزے کے لیے دو غیر ملکی ماہرین کو ارسال کیا جاتا ہے ۔مصنف اور ماہرین کی شناخت راز میں رکھی جاتی ہے۔

·       ماہرین اگر کوئی کمی بیشی تجویز کریں تو مقالہ نگار سے ان ہدایات کی روشنی میں نظر ثانی کی درخواست کی جاتی ہے۔

·       ماہرین کو باضابطہ اعزازیہ پیش کیا جاتا ہے ۔

·       کم از کم دو ماہرین کی مثبت رائےکے بعد مقالے کی حتمی ایڈٹنگ اور فارمیٹنگ کی جاتی ہے اوروہ اشاعت کے لیے تیار ہو جاتا ہے۔
