Abstract
This is a translation of an interview of Rashed by an Irani journalist, Shahrukh Irshad, published in 1968 in Tehran. Dr. Tahseen Firaqi has furnished his translations with his own notes as well. Persian translations of two of Rashed’s poems by the interviewer are also included. These are one of the earlier of modern Urdu poetry in Pakistan.
