Abstract

Arguing against widely conceived idea that Noon Meem Rashed’s poetry is not autobiographical or personal, Shamsur Rehman Faruqi conducts an analysis of Rashed’s poem, Ghazāl-e Shab. He argues that if Rashed’s personality is removed from this poem, it loses its rationale.
